Below are highlights of some of the virtual assistant services I provide my clients:
- Perform virtually all office administrative tasks including answering phones, screening email, scheduling, arranging travel, organizing events and training, writing correspondence and generally helping clients manage their businesses. I do everything but make the coffee.
- Design, build, host and maintain websites. Specialize in WordPress sites.
- Publish and edit digital or print newsletters, from concept to layout and design to delivery. Create digital and print marketing materials.
- Utilize professional software programs and applications including Microsoft’s Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, QuickBooks accounting program, and Constant Contact.
- Serve as a technical resource capable of troubleshooting issues with Outlook, Microsoft Office, Internet browsers, email and other applications. (Note: Previously worked as corporate Outlook trainer.)
- Consult on general business organization and participate in brainstorming and idea generation, and myriad business issues.
- Write and edit a variety of content, including web text, expository prose and general copy writing.
- Function as bookkeeper, handling A/R, A/P, payroll, quarterlies, and various financial reporting.
- Work on a hourly-, task-, project-, and/or subscription-basis.
